Glance Bot News No one feels overly comfortable discussing their innermost fears with another person. We are conditioned nearly from birth to keep those fears locked up, for fear of showing weakness. If things are troubling you, and you don't feel like talking to another person about those issues, then Innerpeace may be something you can tell your fears to. Innerpeace is not a recreational bot, by any means, though I certainly would not use it in place of professional help, should you need it. But it is not recreational either because it is a significant investment of time and the creators seem to sincerely want to help the user work out the issues and fears that are plaguing them. Innerpeace can be used either online or downloaded to your computer for use there. Basically, it walks you through a 12-step series of questions and emotional categorizations to allow you to self-analyze what your problem is and how bad it is to you. Innerpeace then takes your through how to let go of the issue and move beyond it. The instruction set for this bot is pretty lengthy, and I recommend you read it to get a picture of what's about to happen to you. The bot demands honesty overall, so if you give it good input, then likely you will get effective output. Innerpeace does not claim to have all the answers, but the creators do think that after working through a number of issues, you should feel a bit better. |
