Health Care System to Utilize NQL Server

From Press Reports

NQL Inc.'s Teterboro, NJ-based subsidiary DCi announced today a contract to install a Network Query Language server for long-standing DCi customer and New Jersey's largest health care system, St. Barnabas Health Care System.

The contract is one of DCi's first as an NQL solution provider.

Integration of NQL solutions into DCi's professional services offering is a strategic part of NQL's plan to use DCi as a vehicle to foster acceptance of
NQL technologies among its established client base.

DCi president John DeVito believes the deal is significant because it brings a competitive advantage and a new, high margin potential revenue source to the subsidiary. "We believe our ability to provide NQL technologies to customers such as St. Barnabas provides them with even greater value from our long-standing relationship," said DeVito. "Our entire sales force and technical staff have been trained on NQL technologies so that we can leverage our close relationship to the technology and bring our clients the NQL solutions that our competitors cannot."

The Network Query Language server will unify information management
stations at four of St. Barnabas' hospitals, including Community Medical
Center, Monmouth Medical Center, Kimball Medical Center and Shoreline
Behavioral Health. The NQL server was designed to allow the hospitals' help
desk personnel, technicians and executive management to view the status of
network devices in the four different locations on a single Web page or Palm VII handheld, allowing quicker response to outages within the health care system, and ultimately shorter system downtime.

"We're very excited by the power of NQL technology. We've relied on DCi
for many network projects in the past, and based on the promise of this
project, we look forward to even more fruitful projects in the future," said
St. Barnabas' technical director. "This technology should help us improve our
reaction time to network outages and keep our commitment to stay ahead of the technology curve."

According NQL chairman, president and chief executive officer Douglas J.
Tullio, NQL technologies will grow in their importance among DCi's offerings.

"DCi is now a model for other NQL solution providers. They are leading the
way for other solution providers to see the added benefit NQL technologies can bring to their offerings. We look forward to more opportunities to combine forces with DCi for mutual benefit in the future."

The Network Query Language server edition is one of three versions of
NQL's patent-pending core technology; a scripting language suited for rapid
and simple development of intelligent agents, bots, spiders, middleware and
scalable business-to-business content aggregation applications. Network Query Language technology is the basis for NQL's recently launched flagship offering- the NQL ContentAnywhere platform.
